Meet Our Pack
Our team has over two decades of combined professional pet care experience. We’re a small, close-knit group of animal lovers who treat every pet like family, focusing on calm, consistent care and personal attention.
All of our staff is formally trained through Dog Handler Academy, an educational program created for employees of daycares and boarding kennels.
Owner
Hailey
Hailey has grown with Branson Pet Resort, starting as a kennel tech and working her way up to owner. She’s passionate about creating a caring, safe place where pets and their families feel at home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, training for dog sports, reading murder mysteries, and planning fun activities for our guests.
Owner
Joseph
Joseph is the quiet force behind the scenes, juggling maintenance, kennel duties, and front desk work with a steady hand. His focus is always on ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for pets and their owners. He enjoys visiting national parks and spending time with his daughter, Hazel.
Receptionist
Nina
Nina is the smiling face that greets you and your pets at Branson Pet Resort.
She keeps scheduling running smoothly and handles inquiries with a warm, professional attitude.
With her attention to detail and genuine love for animals, Nina helps make every visit smooth, stress-free, and full of care from the moment you walk through our doors.
Lead Kennel Technician
Kaitlin
Kaitlin brings years of experience in the vet field to the job, giving her a keen eye for pet health and behavior. She’s known for her gentle, patient approach, helping shy pets feel safe and comfortable during their stay.
Fun Fact: Kaitlin is the mastermind behind the lobby and Cat Room murals and several other pieces of artwork around the resort!
Kennel Technician/Receptionist
kylei
Kylei is known for her gentle approach and genuine affection for animals. She balances her time between kennel care and assisting at the front desk, always making sure pets and clients feel valued and cared for. Outside of work she enjoys crafting and spending time in the outdoors.
K9 Ambassador
Goose
If your dog is doing group play, then Goose is probably their BFF. He has never known a stranger, only friends he hasn't met yet. Goose helps us perform temperament tests on dogs joining the pack to help ensure the safety of all of our guests.
His hobbies are snuggling with his mom, begging for snacks, and playing in the pool.

Main Kennel
Our climate-controlled Main Kennel has 18 indoor/outdoor runs. Dogs are able to move freely between indoor and outdoor space throughout the day, and they’re taken individually to our play yard at least twice daily. We provide pet cots and bedding for all guests, and fresh water is available 24/7.
Doggie Den
Our Doggie Den is designed for smaller dogs who need a quieter space. Each Den includes soft bedding and fresh water available at all times. Doggie Den guests also get regular potty breaks, with access to their own play yard multiple times per day.
Kitty Condos
Our Kitty Condos are spacious, vertical areas where cats can lounge and relax. Each cat also has free time in our cat room for independent play and enrichment.
